Narooma High School is one of 34 Connected Communities in NSW. In my role as a Senior Leadership Community Engagement, I work closely with the Executive Principal, families, Community and organisations. I have been doing this role since 2022 after returning from East Arnhem Land, where I worked in the Education Department, supporting Yolngu students and families.
My connections are Walbunga Yuin Country and Bidjigal Kamay Country. I have family connections from La Perouse to Eden and very proud of my heritage.
Being part of this organisation is amazing as my passion has always been to support families, no matter what background. Southern Women’s Group has given me the opportunity to contribute to make our families safe and happy.
